Who is Real Estate Academy?

Real Estate Academy (REA) is a national training and systems development company that services thousands of real estate businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We support and educate new recruits to business leaders from all major franchises and independently owned agencies. CEO Lee Woodward is well known and respected nationally and internationally for his innovative work within the real estate training industry. Effective Custom Implementation




Step 1 - Build your Custom Frameworks

This important session is what kick starts the entire process. In this eye opening and enlightening phone session, you are taken through a process of building your own custom Framework and Working Plan.

Step 2 - Capture & Record your Framework

In this important step, Lee Woodward will interview & record you, talking through your visual custom framework. This audio recording is then sent to our production team who will edit and master a final audio and video file for your use.

Step 3 - Create a Readable Document

 This step includes the transcription and professional edit of your audio recording, which is published into your very own Framework's web book.

Step 4 - Team Launch Session with Lee Woodward

Now that you have your Custom Digital Framework live and active, it is time to create the buy in from the team and build the momentum.

Step 5 - Activate & Publish your Custom Digital Framework for your Organisation

Now that we have your custom framework written, the video overview complete it is now time to digitise the system, allowing your team to benefit from the true power of a Learning Management System.

1. Coaching Plans

Step 1 – Access REA Assets & Systems

Investment - $500

Step 2 – Complete a Framework Assessment Session

This session is completed in 1-2 hours, either as a face-to-face session at the Real Estate Academy or via phone/Skype session. During this time we will;

  • Build your personal business framework which will provide visibility in the areas of Lead Generation, Lead Conversation & Client Fulfillment.
  • Develop strategies to improve your personal productivity.
  • Create your own personal Annual Marketing Calendar for immediate implementation.
  • Teach you how to shift your focus onto Profit

Investment - $1,000

Step 3 - Custom Coaching and Action Plan

Developed by the Real Estate Academy and tailored just for you, the customised coaching plan contains:

  • A series of recommendations
  • An action plan for how to power through the next four-week block
  • Audio assets you should listen to for inspiration and guidance
  • Throughout the four week period, you may be blocked or have questions - we have instant email support and we will provide you with the resources to overcome the hurdles.  (During AESDT Business Hours)

Investment - $500 per hourly sessions.

Step 4 - Follow up 1 to 1 Sessions

After you have completed four weeks of the coaching plan, you are booked into one-on-one phone coaching sessions. Alternatively, you are completely welcome to visit the Real Estate Academy and book one-on-one sessions face to face.

Action Required

Activate the Conference Special by simply completing the order form and handing it to any REA team member over the 2 days of The Complete Salesperson Course, or send completed application form to REA prior to offer expiry date.

 

Offer

Joining under a Level 1, 2 or 3 category, you'll receive a credit equal to the total amount paid for your seat to The Complete Salesperson Course, deducted from your first years subscription.
