What does Real Estate Academy offer?

Who is the ACTIVATE program for?

Activate is suitable for a range of participants, from those considering a career in real estate sales (school leavers to mature-age people seeking a career change) to existing real estate salespeople needing to refresh and refine their knowledge and skills in order to reinvigorate their numbers.

Activate is essentially a fast-tracked way into real estate sales or to greater success. Best of all, it will provide you with a leverage agent on your team who possesses the knowledge and practiced skills to hit the ground running with pipeline-generating activity through prospecting from day one.

The focus is on prospecting/lead generation because we know that’s where you need a new recruit to be most productive. And for existing agents, we know this is the number one area in which agents fail, no matter how long they’ve been working in sales.

  • Step 1 - Your Custom Framework Session

This important session is what kick starts the entire process. In this eye opening and enlightening phone session, you are taken through a process of building your own custom Framework and working plan diagram.

Keeping in line with our 'Bringing it all together' theme, we will identify all of the assets that live within your business today. This may also create some micro projects looking into what assets would make a significant difference to your business.

Once you gain the visibility over your custom Framework, you are able to direct your focus and attention to those areas of most importance.

This session is facilitated under the direction of an accredited Real Estate Academy trainer.

This powerful 2 hour phone session will consolidate your business into one easy to follow understandable model that forms the basis of your complete Learning Management System.

At the conclusion of your session, our Real Estate Design Studio team will create a visual learning tool which is delivered to you as a PDF document.

  • Step 2 - Capture & Record Your Framework

This powerful step will ensure your team understands the true value of the assets within your business. It will also act as an effective on-boarding video as new team members understand the system the team work with and follow.

In this session, Lee Woodward will record the introduction and closing segments in a phone interview setting. Following on, Lee will narrate your entire Framework model, creating a personalised audio unique to your business.

This audio recording is sent to our production team who will edit and master a final audio file and also create a video animation

  • Step 3 - Let's announce to your team

Now that you have your custom Framework built, the audio recorded and the readable document and video animation complete, it is time to create the buy in from the team and build the momentum.

Lee Woodward will facilitate the launch to your team in a 2 hour session in the Amphitheatre at Real Estate Academy  (East Gosford, NSW).

With your Frameworks Model finalised and the team launch complete, it is important that you and the team have access to the very latest resources that can bring your Framework to life.

What is Multimedia Training On Demand?

Multimedia training is training that combines more than one medium, such as video, audio, animation, text and visuals in a seamless digital format. Given that individuals learn in different ways (some visually, others aurally or by reading) the use of multiple media in training encourages optimal participant engagement and learning retention. 

‘On demand’ means it is real time training at your fingertips. This ensures each customised training session is current, relevant and serves your needs now.

 

How Does It Work?

  1. Outline your training objectives for each session in an email or phone call to our team. This is your brief for the training you require right now for your team.
  2. Engage in a one-on-one phone session with Lee Woodward to discuss your specific training objectives for the session and drill down to the key points you need addressed.
  3. Lee records the audio content for your training session in our state of the art, purpose-built communication and production studio (also known as ‘the Multimedia Bar’). This may include recorded interviews with others (including your own high performers) and featured industry leaders sharing the secrets to their success. The session will be tailored to meet your specific objectives and the needs of your team for the coming month.
  4. Other components, such as video, text, animations and visuals are added where appropriate and your multimedia session is produced, edited and mastered to world-class perfection.
  5. The completed session is presented to you as a single web book link, which may be uploaded into your Frameworks Digital Learning Management System (LMS) if you have access to that technology.
  6. The above process is repeated monthly over the course of the year until you have your desired multimedia training sessions at your disposal and to add to your growing in-house training library.

Offer

Joining under a Level 1, 2, or Office category program, you'll receive a credit equal to the total amount paid for your seat from your first years subscription.

  • Example 1 - If deciding on Level 1 ($2107 yearly), and you've paid $1295 to attend The Complete Salesperson Course, your initial 12 payments will be $67.67 per month.
  • Example 2 - If deciding on Level 3 ($5959 yearly), and you've paid $1495 to attend The Complete Leader Conference, your initial 12 payments will be $372 per month.

Action Required

Activate our Conference Special by simply completing the Application Form (see below link) and sending to REA prior to offer expiry date. If opting to pay via Direct Debit from a nominated Account, then we also require you to complete and return the Direct Debit form.
