This important session is what kick starts the entire process. In this eye opening and enlightening phone session, you are taken through a process of building your own custom Framework and working plan diagram.
Keeping in line with our 'Bringing it all together' theme, we will identify all of the assets that live within your business today. This may also create some micro projects looking into what assets would make a significant difference to your business.
Once you gain the visibility over your custom Framework, you are able to direct your focus and attention to those areas of most importance.
This session is facilitated under the direction of an accredited Real Estate Academy trainer.
This powerful 2 hour phone session will consolidate your business into one easy to follow understandable model that forms the basis of your complete Learning Management System.
At the conclusion of your session, our Real Estate Design Studio team will create a visual learning tool which is delivered to you as a PDF document.
This powerful step will ensure your team understands the true value of the assets within your business. It will also act as an effective on-boarding video as new team members understand the system the team work with and follow.
In this session, Lee Woodward will record the introduction and closing segments in a phone interview setting. Following on, Lee will narrate your entire Framework model, creating a personalised audio unique to your business.
This audio recording is sent to our production team who will edit and master a final audio file and also create a video animation
Now that you have your custom Framework built, the audio recorded and the readable document and video animation complete, it is time to create the buy in from the team and build the momentum.
Lee Woodward will facilitate the launch to your team in a 2 hour session in the Amphitheatre at Real Estate Academy (East Gosford, NSW).
With your Frameworks Model finalised and the team launch complete, it is important that you and the team have access to the very latest resources that can bring your Framework to life.
As part of your investment you are provided with 12 months access to Sales REA Frameworks Digital (up to 25 Users).
